This recipe has only 3 ingredients and only 2 steps to making it. Mix and refrigerate, thats all. But oh boy am I not kidding about how spectacular this dessert really is. A must try... If you have never tasted the amazingness of cookie butter before, then you are missing out on the finer things in life. Imagine the texture of peanut butter or a nutella spread but instead of cookies. Its as if cookies were smashed and made into a spreadable cream. Its basically cookies but in a spreadable form. This stuff is Absolutely amazing on anything it touches. Eaten in spoon full by itself, on toast, on pancakes, in pies and brownie mix and everything else. Like the back of the bottle says 'All you have to do is taste it to understand.' and thats exactly how it is. Once you taste Cookie Butter your entire world of flavor just changes... Theres nothing Like it. You could be thinking oh! how dramatic... Believe me, Im not. Theres an entire cookie butter nation out there. Sounds hilari

White custard cake with prune sauce

Image
Also known as Manjar de coco com calda de ameixa this desert is used a lot in the portuguese cuisine and is absolutely amazing and compares to the Brazilian Pudim de Leite or Flan. The consistency is just about the same but its made with condensed milk and coconut milk and has a soft creamy firm texture and is served with a sweetened jam like prune sauce drizzled on top. Absolutely delicious and once you try it you can't get enough of it. Made in a bundt pan with only 5 ingredients, it doesn't even go into the oven, its really quick and easy to make, and can be done in mere minutes and enjoyed the same day.
