Scallops wrapped in Bacon
Scallops ( A type of seafood)
Bacon (I used Turkey Bacon)
Seasonings (salt, pepper, cayanne)
4 Fresh garlic cloves
In a microwave melt just a few spoons of butter and then smash your fresh garlic cloves. and place it into the butter and add just a pinch of each seasoning. Mix it all together and set it aside.
Preheat your oven to 350F, take a pyrex and lightly grease the bottom,
Take your scallops and wrap them indiviually with the bacon. Place it in the already greased pyrex and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the bacon on top is to a golden crisp and your scallops become a bit golden and flaky. Remove from the oven and pour your butter sauce on top of your scallops and serve.
