Crumbed Cookie Cream Mousse (Serradura)

Easy to make in 10 minutes or less. with 3 simple ingredients. I made this just the other day. Got the recipe from a friend who made it a few weeks ago. I tried it for the first time and absolutely loved it. It tastes creamy yet, not too sweet and the crumbed cookies layered in between adds a unique flavor. Really simple to make and literally melts in your mouth.

2 cups heavy cream
1 can condensed milk
1 pack maria cookies or graham crackers (I used graham crackers)

Put your heavy cream into a big bowl and beat it with an electronic mixer for a few minutes until it becomes noticeably thicker. Add in your condensed milk and continue beating. Set it aside.

Separately in a blender put in your cookies either maria cookies or graham crackers and blend them till it becomes very crumbled.

Get a pyrex and layer everything up. Your crumbed cookies, your mousse, cookies again, mousse again and then finish it off with the top layer being cookies. Garnish as you'd like.
