Cookie Butter Dump Cake



A dense cake with a sugar cookie crust and a cookie butter filling, The best way I can describe it is like a white brownie. It has the softness and gooeyness of a well baked brownie, and the texture of a cake with the taste of cookies that combination of deliciousness is an explosion to your taste buds. Your mouth doesn't even know what to call it, except Give Me Some More... Goes excellent straight outta the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top or even on its own with a nice cup of tea or coffee.

Cookie Butter Dump Cake

Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container original cookie butter
3 eggs
2/3 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup melted butter
1 pouch (17oz) Sugar Cookie mix (By Betty Crocker)

Preheat oven to 350F,
Lightly Butter a small pyrex and set aside.

In a mixing bowl mix together the sweetened condensed milk, cookie butter, eggs and cinnamon until smooth. Pour it inside of your buttered pyrex. Sprinkle your entire pouch of sugar cookie mix just as it is all over the top of the mixture inside of the pyrex and then drizzle your melted butter on top of everything.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until just firm, golden brown and set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting.
