Normally you hear of the loaded jack potato, but here is something you probably haven't yet tried. Instead of using a potato use sweet potato for that soft sweet flavor. Add ground beef, spinach and cheese and there you have it. Your healthy and complete meal for the day. You have your starch, your vegetable and your meat all in one. Give it a try.
