Lets be motivated to learn how to cook, and careful of what we put into our bodies. When we care for our body, we care about what we put in it. Being careful not to eat a lot of junk food, careful to eat well balanced home cooked meals, eating healthy foods and doing our best to take care of ourselves. Learning to cook is part of taking care of our bodies because you are being vigilant and careful to what ingredients go into the food you eat. Your avoiding fast foods, fried foods, foods with a lot of salt, sugar and foods that you know altogether are doing you harm.

'or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? ' 1 Corinthians 6:19

From my kitchen to yours
God Bless
