Bread Pudding

Want a quick dessert, try bread pudding only 5 ingredients and made in less than 30 minutes. Great with any bread that you have lying around the house.  I had bread in the fridge for a few days and it got a bit harder than I like, so I decided to use it in the bread pudding. It becomes soft again once soaked in the milk. Great tip use any bread you are about to throw away and save it by making this instead.

Here is a quick video on how to make bread pudding from scratch in minutes. Recipe written out below:

1/3 can condensed milk
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp cinnamon
raisins - optional

Preheat oven to 350F, Cut  your bread into bite sized pieces and place into pyrex. In a large bowl beat in all of your ingredients, and then pour mixture on top the bread inside of the pyrex. Let sit for about 5 minutes for the mixture to soak into the bread. Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for added flavor.

Place in oven for 20 minutes, serve right away. Great served with ice cream or whipped cream
