Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich

I went to the restaurant the other day and bought this delicious dessert which is much like an Oreo ice cream sandwich. It was delicious and cost me about $7. But something like this can easily be made at home. Whether you wouldn't be able to afford it at the restaurant or if you simply would like to have it as often as you'd like. It is very simple to make, with only 3 ingredients.

1 pack Oreo cookies ( remove the cream center)
2-3 tbsp melted butter
Oreo ice cream

Take your Oreo cookies and put them into a food processor or blender and blend well until evenly crumbled, add in your melted butter and continue to blend. The cookie crumbs should slightly stick together when squeezed in the palm of your hands. (If it's still too dry add a little more butter, but be careful of to overdo it.)

Take your ice cream out of the freezer and allow it to slightly defrost.

In a small round form put in your cookie crumb at the bottom and pack it down, scoop in your ice cream on top of the crumbs and pack it down well. On top of that put in your cookie crumbs again and pack it down.

Put it in the freezer for a few hours. When it is time to serve, remove from freezer 5-10 min prior and scoop out, place on a serving plate and drizzle some fudge sauce on top, decorate with a strawberry and your good to go.
