Pure Chocolate Frosting

Here is an Oooey Gooeey chocolate cake frosting that I learned a while ago. But haven't done in a long time. Last week when I made a cake I decided to top it with this frosting. Oh my gosh... So delicious. It is sticky and gooeey yet firm and has a light chocolate crunch yet packed with a nice rich chocolate flavor. This adds to any cake. Try it for yourself.

1 plain chocolate bar
1/2 can condensed milk
1/2 can heavy cream
2 tablespoons orange juice

Put your chocolate bar in a ziplock bag. Make sure to close it tightly, put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and then mush it with your hands to help evenly melt the chocolate inside the bag. transfer this melted chocolate into a small pan and add in your condensed milk and mix. Now add in your orange juice and turn on your fire to low medium heat and continue mixing over the fire for about 2 minutes and it starts thickening a bit, add in your heavy cream and continue stirring constantly for about another 2 minutes. (Make sure to constantly stir, because this can easily burn) Now turn off your fire and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes then you can top your cake with this delicious pure chocolate Frosting.
