Slow Cooked Oven Roasted Beef


Mmmm... There is nothing better than a slow cooked, oven roasted good piece of soft, succulent melt in your mouth, flavorful beef. There is no work into making this type of beef at all. The oven is the one that does all the work.

Ingredients
Beef
Olive Oil
Seasonings of your choice
Onion & Peppers Cut into nice slices

Take your beef and simply rinse it well. Season it by putting a little oil first then the seasonings of your choice such as salt, pepper, garlic or onion powder and whatever else you'd like. Rub it in well to get all incorporated. (Be extremely careful not to over season)

Turn your oven on to 300F or about 150C. Lightly grease your pyrex and add your onions and peppers to the bottom of the pyrex. Nicely sit your beef right on top of the sliced onions and peppers. Cover with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. Allowing to cook for 3 hours.

Then remove the aluminum foil and cook for another 30 minutes to one hour. Your done. Delicious soft to the touch, melt in your mouth slow cooked beef. What I did, to give it that added flavor and extra taste was threw that onion, pepper sauce that stays at the bottom of the pan. I added a spoonful of tomato sauce mixed it in and threw it on top of my beef.
