Lady Finger No Bake Cheesecake

This delicious dessert is called 'Ladys Finger' every time I make it everyone loves it. How can I describe it... It is similar to a type of cheesecake with crushed pinnaple peices mixed in with a spongy cake all around it. Topped with a glazed cherry sauce. Unbelievable good dessert. easy to prepare. Does not need cooking, only refrigeration and takes only 15 minutes to make. Just as long as it will take for you to watch this video.

1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 can crushed pineapples
1 cup milk
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions
In a bowl mix together your cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, pineapples until creamy. Set Aside.

Get your serving tray that you will make the lady Finger cheesecake on, and a bowl of milk. Soak your ladyfinger sponge cakes in the milk for 5 seconds at a time and immediately place them layered onto your tray. Cover the full bottom an sides.

Pour half of your cheesecake mixture into the tray and then make one more layer of lady finger sponge cake soaked in milk over your cream cheese filling, creating another layer (kind of like a lasagna) place the rest of your cream cheese filling on top and then pour your cherry pie filling on top and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve Chilled.

This is the actual Lady's finger sponge cake that can be bought at your local grocery store on the fresh baked goods section. But if you cannot find it, then follow my easy recipe to make it yourself.

Ladys Finger Sponge Cake
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
4oz or 1/2 cup sugar
4oz or 1/2 cup sifted flour

Take your eggs and separate the yellow yolk from the egg whites in two separate containers. Get your electronic mixer and In the container with your yolks mix well for about 5 minutes until it is noticeably creamier, then wash and dry your mixer whisks and then in the separate bowl mix the egg whites and sugar until very smooth and creamy Mix for about 7 - 10 minutes. Now add in your egg whites and sugar mixture to the bowl with your egg yolks and fold it in together. (DO NOT MIX, USE A SPATULA AND LIGHTLY FOLD IT IN TOGETHER FOR IT TO KEEP ITS FLUFFINESS) get your flour and put it into a strainer (which is called sifting) and sprinkle/ sift  it over the folded mixture. Fold in the flour all together with your egg mix. Your done...

Get a ziplock bag and put your mixture inside the bag and make a very tiny hole on the bottom of the bag to resemble a cake decorating tip. Then pipe out your batter onto parchment paper or  lightly buttered aluminum foil. Place it in a preheated oven under 350F or 180C. For 6-8 minutes.
