Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients
about 1lb, Chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
16 oz heavy cream
1 pinch mustard
1tbsp tomato sauce
seasonings: salt, black pepper, lawry's all purpose seasoning
(optional) crushed garlic
How to make it:
Cut your chicken breasts into nice sized cubes. Clean it properly by using wine or lemon juice and wash it with water thoroughly until well cleaned. Then in a pot put a little bit of olive oil about 1 tbsp. and put in your cleaned chicken cubes. Fry for a few minutes until cooked on medium-high heat. Once your chicken cubes are nice and browned add in your seasonings, and if you want you can now add in your garlic and fry around for a few more minutes, until well mixed in. Once that is done, turn down your heat to medium-low and pour in your 16oz of heavy cream, pinch of mustard and tomato sauce. Mix it all together in the pot and let it come to a boil and continue stirring every few minutes for about 3 minutes until the sauce it noticeably thickened. (But make sure the sauce is thickened but still a sauce. You don't want it to be very thick like a paste. You still need it to be very creamy) Your done.
