Great Stuffed fish
This meal goes great with anything, it is simple healthy and delicious
Ingrediants
1,5 kg tilápia
1 lemon squeezed
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste

Fish stuffing
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
½ cup diced bacon
1 cup diced onion
3 cups corn flour
2 diced kale (collard greens)
½ cup diced spring onions (also known as baby onions)
½ cup diced fresh cilantro
Salt to taste

How it's done:
Fish Filling:
In a pot put the oil, the butter and the bacon let it fry a bit.Add the onions and let it brown. Now add the flour and let it mix in a bit. Finalize it by adding the collard greens, the spring onions and the cilantro. Add in the salt.

Fish
Season the fish with lemon, garlic and salt. Open the fish fill it with the stuffing and close it back again. roast it in the oven for about 30 minutes on 350F.
