Chocolate Strawberry Cream truffle

Gooey and creamy textured desert on a platform of its own, comparable to nothing that I can put my finger on. Really delicious especially for chocolate lovers. The inside is soft and chewy while the outside once set is a soft chocolate crust with fresh pieces of strawberries centered in between the two. Looking for a dessert to make that won't keep you in the kitchen for long. Heres your winner. A crowd pleaser and simple to make.

Ingredients
2 tbsp margarine
2 cups heavy cream
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
200g milk chocolate
1 box of fresh strawberries, washed and sliced

In a small pot on low heat put your butter and condensed milk and cook stirring constantly until you see it starting to thicken and bubble and it begins to slide off of the bottom of the pan. This will take about 15 minutes. The key in this step is to constantly stir in a figure 8 motion. If you stop stirring it will quickly stick to the pan and burn.

Once this step is done, add in your heavy cream and continue mixing for about 3 more minutes. Remove from the fire and pour this cream into your serving dish. Allow to cool completely and then place your fresh strawberries layered on top.

In a separate pan in a double boiler ( meaning with a pot of water on the bottom and on top of it a smaller pot or metal bowl with your ingredients inside to cook based on the steam alone and not too much heat from the fire) Find a picture and the meaning of double boiler here add your milk chocolate pieces inside of this double boiler and cook for about 5-7 minutes whisking constantly until it is creamy and smooth. Pour this pure melted chocolate on top of your strawberries and allow to cool before refrigerating overnight or for about 4-5 hours before serving.

From my kitchen to yours
God Bless
